Dr. DaeHee Lee

Research and Development

Dr. DaeHee Lee received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biotechnology and food science from Korea University at Seoul and conducted his postdoctoral research training at the University of California, San Diego. He is currently a Principal Researcher within the Synthetic Biology and Bioengineering Research Center at the Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology (KRIBB) in Daejeon, Korea.


His research interests include the development of novel anticancer agents based on natural products, including cannabinoids, as well as small molecules and antibodies. He has published over 90 research papers in internationally recognized journals and holds 15 registered patents.
